Shipping policy

Mehrané is registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Available delivery destinations, charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout or confirmed in a written quotation before payment for an enquiry-based order.

UAE delivery charge: AED 25 per order. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch. Production or preparation time is separate and is confirmed for custom and bulk orders before payment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, public holidays, customs checks and an incomplete delivery address can affect the timing. Where tracking is available, we will share it after dispatch. Contact us if your parcel is delayed or arrives damaged.

For international orders, the shipping quote, delivery estimate and responsibility for any import duties or destination taxes will be stated before payment. We do not promise worldwide delivery to every destination.
